Return Policy
1. Conditions of Application
- The product must remain intact, unused, and retain all labels, tags, and original packaging.
- A purchase invoice or receipt must be provided.
- The request for exchange/return must be made within 07 days from the date of receipt.
2. Cases Eligible for Exchange/Return
- The product has a technical defect caused by the manufacturer.
- The delivered product is incorrect in model, quantity, or differs from the order.
- The product was damaged during transportation.
3. Cases Not Eligible for Exchange/Return
- The product has been used or is no longer in its original condition.
- The product is damaged due to customer’s fault.
- The product belongs to a restricted or non-returnable category (if applicable).
4. Refund/Exchange Methods
- Exchange for the same product or another product of equivalent value.
- Refund via bank transfer or directly at the store.
- Can be converted into a voucher for future purchases.
5. Exchange/Return Fees
- Free of charge in cases of manufacturer defects or incorrect delivery.
- Customers bear the shipping cost for exchanges/returns due to personal reasons.
